Role: As Founder and President of CMI, Chet provides the strategy, inspiration and vision for the company’s growth. Chet actively consults with clients regarding how to leverage marketing research to achieve sustainable growth as well as being an active participant in the industry.

Ellen Mowbray
Title: Senior Vice President, Business Strategy
Role: Ellen leads the Client Services team at CMI, serving as a resource to the team to ensure that CMI consistently meets its high standards of client service as well as actively consulting on study and program design.
Education: AB in English and Sociology, Douglass College at Rutgers University and MS in Planning and Evaluation, American University
Laura Caraway
Title: Senior Vice President, Operations
Role: Laura oversees project management at CMI, applying her expertise in process analysis (e.g., identifying bottlenecks, anticipating problems, streamlining workflow) to ensure expert design and execution of CMI projects, as well as serving as a research methods consultant.

Donna Wydra
Title: Senior Vice President, Consumer and Shopper Strategy
Role: Donna oversees CMI’s efforts to help consumer, retail, and restaurants clients gather deeper insights into their customers. She has broad industry experience, spanning both Consumer and Shopper Insights, custom and syndicated research, quantitative and qualitative methods, and brand management. Donna has consulted with client partners in many industries, including CPG, retail, restaurants, hospitality, and more to develop insights-driven business strategies to drive success.
Education: BS in Business, Computer Science and Music from Augustana College and MBA in Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago
Bronwen Clark
Title: Qualitative Team Manager
Role: Bronwen, a RIVA-trained moderator, leads the Qualitative Team at CMI. In addition to conducting research and managing the group, she is a resource for developing creative and innovative research approaches.

MA in Journalism and Mass Communications, University of Georgia
Alisa Hamilton
Title: Director of Project Management
Role: Alisa provides research oversight, resource management, and strategic guidance to the Project Management team, and serves as a research advisor on a number projects. She has an extensive background in marketing research from both the supplier and client sides.
Education: BA from the University of Richmond and MA from Vanderbilt University
Cary Matthews
Title: Vice President, Operations
Role: Cary is responsible for ensuring that CMI’s processes, procedures and technology generate project deliverables that meet CMI’s quality standards and that CMI’s teams have the optimal tools to meet – and exceed – client expectations.

Education: BEE in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Management from Auburn University
