ALERT: We have received notification that fraudulent cashier’s checks have been mailed using CMI’s name and logo. These letters and checks are not legitimate and definitely were not sent by CMI.

If you have received a letter or check, do not attempt to cash it!

We have been advised that every individual who receives the fraudulent letter and check should contact the Georgia Consumer Protection Agency at 404-651-8600 and complete the FTC consumer protection complaint form.

CMI is aggressively working to determine the source of these letters and will pursue the individuals to the fullest extent of the law.
