Marketing Science Manager

We have an opening for a Marketing Science Manager to lead the development of marketing science strategies to address clients’ business needs, ensuring successful execution of marketing science techniques. Our ideal candidate will design analyses, oversee the implementation of analysis plans, and provide guidance to analysts in conducting statistical analyses.
Specific responsibilities and requirements include:
- Ensure accurate execution of analytics and quality delivery of the results, both internally and externally.
- Work with project management and account management members to ensure accurate interpretation of analytical results.
- Provide consultation to the write-up of the methodology, analytical results, interpretation of results in the project report to be delivered to the clients.
- Review questionnaires; participate in project meetings and calls with clients to address analytics-related issues, review results, and provide consultation on how to present findings in a user-friendly language.
- Participate in new product development and marketing that are analytics-related. Help brainstorm ideas for new products related to our analytical offerings.
- Mentor junior analysts to become proficient in both basic and advanced analytical techniques.
- Masters degree in research and statistics or a related field. Ph.D. preferred
- 8 or more years of hands-on marketing research experience, especially in the area of advanced analytics, with a research supplier or client company.
- 4 or more years of mentoring employees in the analytics area.
- 5 or more years of applying advanced analytical techniques in a variety of marketing research studies.
